One of my 2020 goals was taking control over my body.
I know… it looks great to some people but I’m a little bit of a perfectionist and I think I look my cutest on my size 38 and 36 clothes (UK size 8 and 6). But I’m taking it slow because I quite love my curves with current size 42 and I’m planning to do it slowly but surely and with the minimun effort.
So here I am below trying to show you that this goal of getting your ideal desired body is possible.
- This daily 7 min workout…
Some skating 15-20 km Friday routes(I only did three or four)
- Occassional fasting on the weekends I don’t have the kids.
- Eating as many healthy salads as possible (at least one a day)
- 5 glasses of water per day minimum.
- 5 or 6 hours of sleep at least.
Current weight in the photo: 68,7
Weight 7 days ago: 70.3
Goal: 60 or less..
And of course… anyone interested in challenging themselves on getting their body back…. they can comment below with photos before the 7 week challenge.
For the record and future reference I’m only 1,64cm and currently Spanish size 42, nearly size 38 (UK 12 and 10). In fact I was able to close them two weeks ago, but you know, Christmas got in the way.
So let’s see how long it takes me to be able to close them again.
It took me 14 weeks!!
By the way….December 30th update here: original goal met on…week 48. But I kept it going till my Birthday on Week 51 with a weight of 59,5!! ;D
Yesterday I went up to 63,50 with all the Christmas food and pms. Bad timing for a pms. Lol.
