This week I’ve been doing mostly fasting workouts (before breakfast or lunch) and only one lasted more than 30 mins (yesterday). Some days only 12 mins. Mostly speeding metabolism videos. You can check my weekly workouts here. It keeps changing depending on the week. This week I’ll be going back to those three dancing workouts.

That’s exactly how it feels like when you’re working on bettering yourself. But I only have myself to thank for my willingness to achieve it and my commitment to my goals.

Yes, I have the ability to make my dreams come true one way or another. But usually with way less effort than what it’s generally expected.
And so can you lose weight or reach any other goal you set your mind to achieve.
