Right… I started this challenge wanting to do the minimum effort but i finally came the day that I felt like actually working on my body whilst listening to good music. So I’m enjoying the process a lot. Even if this week it’s like an hour’s worth of exercise per day ;D
Current weight 63,6 and lost some cms here and there too. Dress size: 38

This week I have been eating salads, “gaz-l-ejo” and watermelon. Ok, and some ice cream… fasting for as much as I can and drinking tons of water, hence finally the final scale loss, perhaps ;D.
This week and for the whole month I’ll be doing;
- Just one of any of all these 4, 7, 10 or 15 mins workouts for cardio.
- This 30 day challenge for legs (just 6 days in and I can see results!!)
- Most of this workout for arms
