Body Challenge #44

Well, nothing outstanding this week when it comes to diet or exercise. I keep forgetting to drink as much water as I had planed. Workout 6 out of 7 days but no more than 15 mins per week.

I haven’t gone on the scales and I haven’t measured myself lately. But I’m already fitting in half the clothes I wanted to fit in… and that’s my major goal as well keeping the habit of staying fit and healthy.
