This week I’ve been focusing on bum exercises to keep it as fit as it gets. Whilst still doing standing abs videos alternating with any of these complete 20 mins workouts.
Current weight 61.9. Up till now I’ve lost 6 kilos.
Style note.… loose white shirts are a “no no” to look any slimmer on photos or real life. But I was ready to go to work and I needed a brighter colour top.

Today I was trying to find a belt and I noticed several belts are now too big for me. Some trousers are also fitting loose and this week I’ve also realized I can fit into some of my favourite ones too. So even if weight is higher than a couple of weeks ago…. my body feels tighter somehow.
