Body Challenge #14

They close and there is no muffin top!!!

Also weight went down from 66.6 to 64.9 during this week!!;D

Not one of the weeks I’ve worked out the most to be honest!!

I’ve danced twice this week for about 25 mins and did 2 x 7 min workouts so far. When it comes to centimitres… I’ve lost a few on waist, thighs and hips.
