As I suspected this month has been a bit difficult to find the time to update. But I took those pics two weeks ago and I’m still doing exercise most days. Perhaps less each day but planning to go back into full effort next October.
I have been doing mostly Lucy’s workouts and no more than 3 or 4 each day these weeks.
Last week I’ve also gone skating 13 kms and tried yoga on Sunday morning.
Weight as of yesterday is 61.9kg. Size 38 bottoms and Small and Extra small tops. ;D
Eating… whatever… mostly naughty food combined with as many salads I can when I’m at home. ;D
