Body Challenge #46

Well, wearing size 6 top more comfortably than ever and those trousers didn’t go up a couple of weeks ago. So still getting there, one week at a time.

This week I’ve been doing mostly Lucy Wyndham read workouts, but no more than 15 mins each day. 20 mins the most. Mental note… never again wear that shirt with those trousers.
