Body Challenge #18

Well, so I’ve been doing Lucy 30 day shred for a week. And topped it up with several other workouts as mentioned on week 17. It’s been fun so far. And yes… working out every single day. But no more than 45 mins on a row.

Funnily enough I haven’t lost any weight or lost much in the sense of measurements. But after two weeks of 8 mins workouts my shoulders and arms look more defined. I seem to have less tummy and less cellullite. So I won’t complain. I ate some cake yesterday and been eating naughty stuff this week.

Yeps… never again those leggings with those sandals and that top. I was running out of sun.

Arms can be appreciated a bit more toned in the pic below. Especially the far end arm.
