Body Challenge #23

It’s been a week since I try to follow my salad gaz-l-ejo diet… together with the leg workout and I’m seeing great results.

Since I’ve been doing that leg work out on week 22 I’ve lost two centimeters off my thighs. The workout is lengthy but totally worth it. ;D
