Body Challenge #6

I did the diet mentioned last week and I went down to 66,8 kilos the Monday after doing it. So can’t complain about it.

Regarding measurements I haven’t gone down much…but overall my body looks less bloated and those trousers start falling off.

Tip: Use simple bold and darker colours rather than light heavily patterned fabrics.
